The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was excellent.

The staff were very friendly at all times. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with comfortable beds. - the location was ideal, not too far from the Henderson Castle.

My room had a super cozy bed that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. 🛏️ It also had central heating to keep me warm, a cool multi-channel TV, and even a microwave for quick snacks. the food they served in the lobby was top-notch and really hit the spot.

We booked a double room with comfortable beds and could make use of the wake-up service provided.

Close to downtown

Parking/ had a parking pass but no where to park in lot. Recieved a parking ticket for parking on side st. Should have been told by staff to be aware of that.

The location of this hotel is excellent, being very near to the entertainment district, Downtown Area, and numerous restaurants, shops.

This place has a great location close to a visual arts museum, and the rooms are comfortable with lovely beds.

more and better parking spaces would be good. Parking lot was full, and we had to park on a back street with little lighting.

Recently renovated and enchanting hotel

Ideal location with a visual arts museum nearby. Breakfast in the lobby was a nice touch. a very nice experience.

Staff was great—very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, very good food, especially for those of us who like to eat healthy. Tons of variety.

Security. I know Kzoo and this location is a little rough, so I was shocked to be put in a room on the first floor facing the back of the facility, which is dark alley and the window was cracked open, and there appeared an attempt, with the curtain, to hide the window being unlocked and cracked just enough for someone to be able to slip their fingers in and open/enter through the window. I am a single woman who travels alone, and I also managed a property in Ft. Worth. The scenario I related above is exactly how we had multiple rooms broken into, and guests' things were taken; Later, there were two alleged stranger rapes on the property, using the method of entry into the rooms.: the cracked window. Also, the bathroom was dirty and so was the carpet. I found hair in the sink and bathtub, and the room, itself, although very nice, was not thoroughly cleaned (trash under the bed, pieces of food on the floor).

The staff here were really friendly and the hotel had a nice vibe. Our room was super spacious with a large fridge and microwave, which was a nice touch. We had a great time staying here! 🌟
